Capital Hill has created a perfect interior space complete with all amenities common to a normal house. All of our studio homes comply to industry standards. Exceptional quality is our point of difference.

Our studios come fully equipped, with all electrics, plumbing, fire alarm, fire resistant insulation, central gas supply system (upon request), air conditioning. Our studios are fully fitted out with high-end furniture, bed, kitchen appliances, and solar power (upon request).
